Level Five brings together all that you’ve learned in your YogaFit 200-hour teacher training, and shifts the emphasis from external accomplishments to internal growth. Applying the powerful practice of staying in the present moment, an integral tenet of the essence of YogaFit, this two-day intensive may be the end of your official teacher training, but it’s just the beginning of your journey inward toward true integration.

All participants are required to complete the Brief Strengths Test, authentichappiness.org, print individual results, and bring these results to the training.

Please note:

  • Levels One through Four are mandatory prerequisites for Level Five–no exceptions.
  • Registrations for Virtual Level Five trainings will end 10-14 days prior to the event so that materials can be mailed to you.  We cannot ship materials outside of the United States. Please make sure your address is up to date and accurate in your student portal. Click here for instructions for updating your address.
  • Because these supplemental materials are mailed to each student for virtual Level Five Trainings, cancellations will not be eligible for a refund, and requests to transfer with less than 14 days notice will incur a $100 fee.  

    Virtual Training Information:
