Virtual Training Policies
Schedule Changes
Contact YogaFit Customer Service at 1-833-YOGAFIT (833-964-2348) or info@yogafit.com as soon as possible if your schedule changes. YogaFit accommodates training changes within reason.
- Transfer/Cancellation Fees: Multiple changes may incur additional transfer/material fees.
- Virtual Level Five: Cancellations within 14 days of training incur a $100 fee and are non-refundable due to supplemental materials being shipped.
Cancellations Within 48 Hours:
- No refunds or transfers are provided.
- Virtual trainings require minimum attendance (6 for one-day, 8 for two-day). Last-minute cancellations may prevent others from attending.
Cancellation or Transfer Requests:
- Fee: $100 transfer fee applies.
- You’ll be waitlisted for your desired training. Final confirmation happens 5 days prior if space allows.
Credit on File
- Credits are country-specific (e.g., U.S. training credits are valid only for U.S. trainings).
Training Minimums
YogaFit reserves the right to cancel trainings not meeting the minimum registration numbers (6 for one-day/two-day and 8 for four-day trainings).
Discount Codes and Rates
- Expired discount codes or early bird rates do not carry over. Coupon codes are not retroactive.

YogaFit aims to make training accessible. For special circumstances, email edu@yogafit.com.
Virtual Intensive Policies
- Cancellations (30+ Days’ Notice): Refund minus $500 deposit.
- Cancellations (<30 Days): No refund. The balance is held as credit for future training (valid for 12 months).
- No-Shows: Forfeit all fees.
- Training Cancellation by YogaFit: Customers will receive alternative options.
- Refund Currency: Issued in USD only.
- Attendance Requirement: Full attendance is mandatory for course credit. Transfers require new registration at standard pricing.
- Additional Fees: Intensive rate includes Kids OR Prenatal. Taking both incurs additional fees.
Training/MBF Conference Registration Policies
Cancellations (14+ Days’ Notice)
- Refund minus a $100 fee (or $150 for four-day/multi-training MBF events).
Cancellations (<14 Days)
- No refunds. Options:
- Transfer to another training ($50 transfer fee).
- Credit on file for future training ($50 fee).
Attendance Requirements
- Full attendance is mandatory.
- Missing 30+ minutes requires completing a home assignment.
- Missing 1+ hour requires retaking the training ($100 transfer fee applies).
Natural Disasters and Emergencies
- Refunds are unavailable for cancellations due to natural disasters or other emergencies. Contact Customer Service to discuss options.
Expiration of Credits
Credits must be used within 5 years of the original purchase.
Intensive/Retreat Registration Policies
- Deposit: Non-refundable, non-transferable.
- For India Intensives, the deposit is $1,000.
- Balance Payment: Must be paid 45 days before the event.
- Cancellation (30+ Days): Refund minus deposit. Refund of the deposit is possible if the spot is filled.
- Cancellation (<30 Days): No refund.
- Refunds in USD: Refunds are issued within 10 days.
- Attendance: Full attendance required for course credit.
Referral Program
- Misuse of referral accounts is prohibited. Merging accounts for extra benefits incurs a $25 fee.
Coupons
- Valid for 30 days, unless specified.
- Coupons are not retroactive and are ineligible for retrains.
Retrains
To register for retrains, contact Customer Service. Online registrations will be charged the full rate.
Merchandise Return Policies
- Return Window: 30 days.
- Condition: Must be unopened and re-sellable.
- Non-Returnable Items: Opened CDs/DVDs, books, select apparel, and sale items.
- Restocking Fee: $10.95 for apparel returns.
International Shipping Policies
YogaFit is not responsible for customs fees. Returned items due to refusal will result in a credit on file.
Miscellaneous Policies
- YogaFit Teacher Training Certificates do not expire.
- Training credit cannot be applied toward shipping fees.
- Trainings require a minimum number of registrants. Check with YogaFit before making travel arrangements.
Agreement of Release and Waiver of Liability
Responsibilities of Participants
Participants acknowledge the risks associated with yoga and agree to:
- Obtain physician clearance for physical fitness.
- Assume full responsibility for injuries or damages during participation.
- Maintain liability insurance for their classes.
Release of Liability
Participants release YogaFit from liability related to injuries or damages incurred during or after training.
Non-Disclosure and Non-Compete Agreement
- Participants agree to keep proprietary YogaFit materials (e.g., manuals, methods, customer lists) confidential.
- Unauthorized use, sharing, or duplication of materials is prohibited.
Enforcement
- Breaches may result in equitable relief.
- The agreement is governed by California law.
